The Challenge
Before partnering with VIP Marketing, Miller Law relied heavily on referrals, accounting for roughly 80 to 90 percent of new cases. While the firm had a strong reputation, its digital presence was not generating consistent inbound leads.
The website had not been refreshed since 2020 and was difficult to navigate. Key personal injury practice pages were seeing minimal traffic, SEO efforts were unstructured, and the Google Business Profile was under-optimized. Intake inefficiencies also meant missed opportunities when calls went unanswered or inquiries came in after hours.
Miller Law needed a strategic partner who could connect brand, website, SEO, intake, and media into one clear growth plan.
The Solution
We began by spending time with Miller to understand how he works with clients and what sets the firm apart. These conversations shaped a UVP rooted in his voice and values, not marketing language.
That clarity guided messaging across the website, videos, and ads, including refined positioning that reflected the firm’s boutique, client-first approach.
The Result
With the UVP established, the website became the core of the strategy. Content and structure were optimized around high value personal injury practice areas, with clearer navigation, stronger attorney presence, and improved calls to action to support conversion.
A six month SEO plan followed, focused on priority PI keywords and local visibility in Charleston. Blazeo live chat and Legal Conversion Center were added to reduce missed leads, and GA4 tracking was set up to measure chats, calls, and conversions.
