The Challenge
Craft Creative faced the challenge of producing high-quality, engaging content in just three days. The task involved capturing the NASB team’s arrival at the Chateau Elan Hotel, documenting the retreat's activities, and producing individual videos for ten agents. These videos needed to reflect NASB's vibrant culture and demonstrate the company's appeal to potential recruits. A significant challenge was ensuring the agents, many of whom were inexperienced on camera, felt comfortable and confident, allowing their authentic stories to shine.
The Solution
To meet these challenges, Craft Creative meticulously planned each day of the shoot.
Day 1 focused on capturing the team’s camaraderie and the picturesque setting of Chateau Elan. The objective was to convey the attractive lifestyle and supportive community within NASB, making life insurance sales appear appealing and rewarding.
Day 2 and 3 were dedicated to filming in studio for the 10 agent videos. Each video was uniquely styled with different lighting setups and sets, showcasing the individuality and growth of each agent. The team provided coaching to help the agents feel at ease, encouraging them to share their personal journeys and how NASB transformed their careers. This approach aimed to resonate with potential recruits, showing them the tangible benefits of joining NASB.
Ted Lasso Talk - A special highlight of the project was capturing a motivational talk by NASB's co-founder and President, Craig Harvey, who portrayed the beloved character Ted Lasso. This creative touch added a memorable and uplifting element to the videos, reinforcing NASB's positive and supportive work culture.
The Result
The series of videos produced by Craft Creative exceeded expectations, providing NASB with a fresh and dynamic visual representation. The long-form event video and the individual agent videos beautifully captured the essence of the NASB experience, highlighting the company as an exciting and supportive place to work.
